   The teacher uses an understanding of individual and group motivation and behavior to create a learning environment that encourages positive social interaction, active engagement in learning, and self-motivation.
3. Classroom management is crucial to making sure each student has the ability to have a productive, safe and enjoyable time while learning. I have learned a lot about how to keep an activity or conversation going while maintaining respect among the students for one another.
